This is an example of the failure of Automation of Automation. Hertz and Imperva COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY SUCK!
I’m a hertz Gold member and I’ll I f…ing want to do is reserve or book a car but its too hard because they overdue things with security?
This sucks so much. I’ll provide the answer of how crappy a customer experience hertz.com is. I’m going to reserve on avis I think or somewhere else because I’m so annoyed by this and it sucks so much. The customer is treated like shit!
Here is the detailed customer experience that hertz and imperva provide which completely sucks. It took me longer to go through this then to write about how much it sucks.
So the geniuses or morons that they are … they do not like my ip I guess. I have no idea but first I get this image immediately when going to hertz.com. Now I’m a gold member who spends probably at least $3,000 per year in rentals minimum. More like $5,000++ so you think these idiots would have a cookie on my browser that would tell them to stop wasting my time and theirs. But no – they suck so much that I get these HORRIBLE captchas. If I’m having trouble with these then my parents would have even more. Hertz.com and Imperva completely suck.

- Why it is so stupid and does not see cookies set for the website that i have used hundreds of times. I do not know.
2. The suck experience really starts. Is this all due to outsourceing to imperva? I mean who comes up with these HORRIBLE just HORRIBLE interactions? They should be sued by the ADA or someone else. it is the worst captcha experience I have had in my life.
3. Let the HORRIBLE consumer experience continue. This sucks so much.
4. Then it seems like it doesn’t even work for awhile so I refresh and try again and again and it still just sucks so I give up at some point and go to Avis and try to use their Android App. But Avis sucks too!
