While I do say that hubspot has just TONS of functionality and is very versatile overall it is an EXTREME example of bloated complexity and too much choice. It is a complete nightmare for new users (even experienced CRM, Support, Sales let’s say experienced web system users that have used Salesforce or others for years.).
