Why does google drive search not have google sheets tab names or sheet names within its search index?

A great example of why Google as a company sucks at the highest level is the fact that its internal search across all of Google Drive objects is so much worse than the regular Google Search.  The saddest example of this is the fact that it does not have the sheet names themselves within the search index from all of our testing.
