I have been a longtime customer of Kinsta and \”overall\” they have provided relatively good support and hosting offering.  Yes, sometimes their techs still do not know what they are doing and provide inaccurate analysis or invalid non-help but again, overall compared with many of the services we have used over 30+ years on the hosting front they are or let\’s say were a good provider.

Recently, they fell down and provided horrible service related to how they performn visitor counts and overage costs related to it.  The simple problem is that they charge for overages of visitors related to visitors that are bots or bad actors and actually malicious to a Kinsta customer.  This is very problematic.  What other issues have others had with Kinsta?
