Over the last 16 years, Bhupendra has been involved in building, managing and mentoring teams to deliver high quality technology and solutions architecture. Bhupendra has worked extensively delivering enterprise level web based, mobile based, desktop and social applications. Bhupendra completed his Masters in Computer Management, where he spent several years performing extensive software development along with acquiring management skills.
Bhupendra has an extensive experience in working with Marketing Agencies like Rapp, Threshold Interactive, Dailey Ideas and Genex, where he worked with the clients like Honda, Nestle USA, Nestle Globe, Disney, Mattel, AARP, Flemings Steakhouse, Aspen Dental, Toyota to name a few. When working with these clients, Bhupendra got an opportunity to understand and learn Architecture, Processes, Technology Standards for each of these clients, which is the most important factor in delivering high quality work for them.
Bhupendra served as a VP, Technology Services at Rapp, where he was leading the technology department for Los Angeles office. During his tenure at Rapp, Bhupendra worked on providing technology strategy, managing the technology department, vendor evaluation, department recruiting, estimation and delivering high quality solutions for the clients.
Prior to Rapp, Bhupendra worked at Threshold Interactive, where he was the member of the management team in leading the technology department. Bhupendra At Threshold, Bhupendra was responsible for providing technical vision, strategic technical direction, departmental budgeting and managing day-to-day technology operations.
Bhupendra served as a VP of Software Development at Sample Digital, where he was responsible for forming their technology department. Bhupendra provided technical direction, formed on-site and offshore teams, and supported Studio Executives at studios such as Sony, Disney, Warner Bros, Paramount, DreamWorks, MGM, and Overture. In 2001, Bhupendra began the development of Digital Dailies, which was launched commercially in 2002 at a time when the film and television industry was still distributing dailies on videotape. During his tenure at Sample Digital, Bhupendra worked very closely with the architects and developers at Sony during the development of set-top box application for delivering Dailies. Under Bhupendra’s leadership, Sample Digital took over the entire development for set-top box application from Sony, managed it in house and provided SaaS solution as well as custom deployments to other studio clients.
Bhupendra then served as a Senior Technical Consultant to Technicolor, where he worked on the technical analysis and design for the creation of the MIDAS system to automate the Media Ingest, Distribution and Storage for all Technicolor facilities across the world.
Prior Threshold, Bhupendra worked as a Tech Lead with iPayment Inc, where he lead the design and development of secure enterprise level applications and services to help support Merchants and Agents.
